Breakfast Bagel



When i serve my husband this kind of bagel for breakfast, i honestly feel good about myself in the role of the loving housewife. This bagel is a quick, wholesome breakfast option.


My husband loves bagels with cream cheese for breakfast, and I do like them too. They are quick to make, fill you up and as simple as they might be... they are still delicious! But some mornings I wake up and love my husband so very much, that I think I should add a little more to my husband's bagel than just cream cheese. In this case, I spread cream cheese on the bottom, tossed some fresh organic baby arugula on it, covered it with two slices of turkey breast and scrambled egg. The taste of the scrambled egg makes it wholesome and the arugula gives it a peppery taste and provides vitamins and antioxidants. The ingredients are fairly cheap and allow you to buy organic if you can find it in your local stores.
